Sanction is a body of work illustrating the dualism between line and space, as it pertains to the dualism of day to day experiences. Regardless of the harsh truths or the beauties the world has to offer, there is wonder and humility in the formalities of every environment.

Each piece in Sanction is mounted onto a durable material called Sintra. When this body of work is in a gallery, I install black vinyl lines next to each piece to give the illusion that the viewer is immersed in the image's environment.
